Requirement : - L3/L4 expertise in IBM Related Hardware, Storage and Software. - 5 - 10 years of experience in working IBM Product Lines P series, System X, Storage , Tivoli, Rational or Web Sphere. - Should have excellent oral and written communication skills - Should have experience in vendor management to be able to coordinate resolutions for the clients - The candidate will be required to provide technical support for IBM Products - Should be open to work in 24/7 environment - IBM Certifications will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
	Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 5+ years of 7*24 Production support experience in managing complex network infrastructure across different hardware platforms.
