To help continue with our rapid expansion we are looking to recruit an experienced team manager with the determination, energy and drive to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while keeping a clear focus on department objectives. Duties and Responsibilities: Managing team of 10 credit controllers Overseeing the day to day management of the department and ensuring your team meets its targets Arrange training and support for team members Carry out audits on performance
· Carry out call monitoring on all team members
· Provide feedback to staff on daily/weekly performance
· Carry out appraisals with staff on a quarterly basis
· Provide reports to senior management on daily and weekly performance
