This is a Part-Time/Per Contract Position
Job Description:
Currently searching for printer and computer knowledgeable technicians throughout the state of Mississippi, especially the outlying areas, with a minimum of 6 months experience in install and de-install in the retail environment to join our kiosk install program. The installation consists of two customer input stations, where the customer inputs their media to be printed. From there, the prints get sent to a Micro lab printer. This printer prints the 4x6 and 5x7 photos. A router and switch link the equipment together, so some knowledge of networking is required. Software is preloaded, so there is not much software that needs to be configured. The entire install takes about 4-5 hrs. Technician is responsible for installing and performing routine maintenance on photo kiosk equipment at local retail locations and must be available to work on call, per contract basis.

Job Requirements
1.)   Techs must review a contract, sign and fax back to 985-365-0819before they will be set as a primary or secondary technician. (Upon interest in the position, we will provide the contract for the technician’s review. 2.) Technician needs to be able to attend a week-long training – dates are TBD. (We will work with the technicians to get them scheduled for training etc.)
   a. We pay for hotel airfare and rental car on our company card
   b. Techs pay for food (food limit is $25/day) – and will be reimbursed upon receipt of receipts.
   c. Techs are paid $30/hr for training

Are You Qualified?
(PREFFERED TO BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE)
a. MUST HAVE A CELL PHONE
b. Must be within 50 miles of the site location
c. Must be able to provide a NBD response for break/fix cases
d. Must have computer, printer, and networking background, and must be fluent in this
e. Must speak English
f. Must have good communication and written skills
g. Must be willing to work with technical support when there are issues onsite
h. Must have a LAPTOP
MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
* MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
* Have a minimum of 6 months of site prep experience that includes working with retail outlets on scheduling deliveries, coordinating logistics with providers and product setup.
* Minimum of six months of install and de-install experience in the retail environment and    working with retail management.
* Minimum of three years project deployment
* MINIMUM of three years troubleshooting and repair experience with one or combination of the following: PC, printer, kiosk, and copier
* Minimum of three years customer service experience in a retail or technical support environment
* Minimum of three year experience troubleshooting experience of networked hardware and network applications such as connecting phone, LAN lines, DSL, Cellular verifying client is seen on the network.
* Must have own or company-owned personal computer (laptop) or immediate access to one and the ability to fill out daily reports, attend web based training when needed and any other assignments mandated that are PC based.

* Minimum three years troubleshooting and repair experience with one or combination of the following: PC, printer, kiosk, copier, and photo finishing equipment.
* Minimum three years customer service experience in a retail or technical support environment
* Minimum three years experience troubleshooting experience of networked hardware and network applications such as connecting phone, LAN lines, DSL, Cellular verifying client is seen on the network.
